Ms. Summers offers mediation and neutral evaluation services. Mediation is a confidential and collaborative effort, in which the parties reach agreement to resolve their dispute. Neutral evaluation services involve Ms. Summers rendering a written opinion on factual and/or legal and/or damage issues. Such opinions may or may not be binding depending upon the needs and agreements of the parties.
